Home-Connect is HORRIBLE.

Home-Connect doesn't even deserve 1 star. Their service is HORRIBLE. My fibre has been down for more than a week and all they keep saying to me is that the operations team will come back to me in 24-72 hours. I wouldn't recommend anyone to sign up at Home-Connect. I regret choosing them. Try to call them and the line is always busy, their Whatsapp line never works and their agents have no idea what their doing. STAY AWAY FROM HOME-CONNECT!
