Home-Connect is a disgrace because of their dishonourable action

Still waiting for the answer to the previous issue as mentioned here. Home-connect was asked to inform me about increase before end of month. First of month and yes increase letter via email. Now I have to pay an extra month. This has been done on purpose so that everybody that wants to downgrade/cancel has to pay for the extra month. Words cannot describe how I feel about this company.
