Home-Connect is a bunch of ****s and cheats.

Seriously if I did not need to highlight one star, I would have left it blank! Stay away from Home Connect, they will just try to ***** from you. They lure you with a good price when you sign up and every month they will just keep increasing the cost.

We have informed them in December that we have sold our property and that we will be transferring the ownership of the account to the new owner, later things changed and we informed we will just cancel the account. We were told to go to their customer portal online to log the cancelation but as always you can never get into the log in on this so called "customer portal". In the meantime our services were suspended for non payment, I paid up all the outstanding and I said in my email in black and white that this is the last I am paying, there should be no further invoices sent my way because they are not getting another cent out of me. Their router was already collected and they still sent invoices expecting me to pay and now they are threatening with lawyers for a service we did not even have because it was suspended the whole time until the router was collected - we were not even living at that address anymore!

Don't even think that we are scared for you to threaten us and don't bother with a response on this platform with more lies.

Home-Connect is the worst internet service provider I have ever come across. Stay away!!
