Home Connect is a ****

I would give them negative stars, because Home-Connect is refusing to give me my money back since November last year. I signed up with them on the 06th of October 2023 and paid them on the same day. They acknowledged my application. A month passed and they did not come to install, I kept following up and no progress. So I ended up requesting for my money back in November. They requested my information and I gave them all the information. I kept in December I called two times following up about my refund and they kept telling me I need to wait. I call them today and the lady that I was speaking to was very rude to me. Still no update on my refund.
