Home connect instalmant increase
Dont take out any fibre line with home connect. I am now not even 1 year client with home connect and in january they rised the monthly fee with R100 and now again its going up with another R100 in march and they say its because of frogfoot thats then R200 in 2 months and my contract is not even 1 year old. Find someone else that will not try to rob you and you dont even have a choice they just adjust it wheather you like it or not.

31 Jan 2023, 17:08Dear Nico, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the price increase is insisted by Frogfoot and it affects all ISP’s. We at Home-Connect have tried to keep the increase as minimal as possible. We still try to keep our pricing as competitive as possible.
