Home connect I'm having terrible experience with this company, I'm trying to reach out and tell them their network isn't working at my residence but this is an adamant company that refuse to acknowledge that they have a problem. It's gone over 12 months of my contract and still no proper feedback as to what is the issue but they always wanting to pass the buck on to yo the fiber line company, I'm so sick of this company it's seems like they are all brainless people working there. I was not knowing in order for you to have wifi you need to have a laptop, ie as per Home connect. When they call you your phone only rings 2 sec ,and furthermore they always having technical problems ir high call volume, a company like this simply means they don't know what they doing, not in a million years I will recommend Home connect to anyone, this is not good for recommendations
