Home connect horrible service

Absolutely worst service. Raise multiple tickets, and they only respond 6 days later. Spend hours doing trouble shooting and testing. They keep escalating and don't reply. Then they need to escalate why they not escalating. It's a huge mess. The ping on upload is more than a second and they can't do anything to offer help
