Home connect has pathetic customer service

These people are pathetic with customer service. They give you a wattsapp number to contact and nobody answers the messages then even on their Facebook messenger nobody answers. How the hell do we get in touch with someone from home connect when we have a issue. The app aswel what is that supposed to be exactly as its of no use to us as things we use are not there on the app
