Home-connect has alot of down time

Home-connect has alot of down time. I think this is mostly due to loadshedding however with loadshedding being less severe I’ve noticed a good improvement in my home connect experience. They have good customer service. I was assisted by Muziwakhe Gumede and he was quick and efficient.
