Home-Connect has a WhatsApp messaging facility. I wished to query something and promptly received a message to detaiil same. One Muziwakhe Gumede promptly rep**** and a few minutes later provided the answer l was seeking. That said, it was HM’s excellent rating on HP that made me choose them (they are based in Gauteng and l am in Cspe Town) in the first place years ago. From among dozens of providers. Well done.
