Home Connect - Great service .. Thanks to Sheruna Gafoor

App**** for the Fibre connection H-C with MetroFiber backbone. Took one month to get activated. But understand the issues that Cool Ideas not cancelling the previous connection and created a lot of delay to get my connection active. Anyway specially to solve the problem, and communications between other parties and all I will give a great thumbs up to H-C. Special thanks to Sheruna Gafoor who really helped and kept me informed all the statuses and the followup communications.
