Home-Connect: Giving customers nightmares

I just signed up with Home Connect and am already having nightmares just getting the router delivered.

I for the life of me don't understand why they are using "The Courier Guy", with half of their ratings being 1 on Google reviews. And all of them with the same complaint: TCG telling you that they called and got no answer. I called them 3 times from 14:30 onwards, each time they told me that the router was on the way. Toe sit ek maar soos Kiepie by die huis en wag.

Shame on Home Connect for using such a poor courier service and making it their customers' problems. Wonder how much pro rata money they are loosing as a result.
