HOME CONNECT FIBRE IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER AND AFTER SALES SERVICE!!!

My fibre was installed 3 months ago and ever since ive had connection issues.. All they say is line was checked and all good i can only connect for 1min then disconnects. Ive spoken to how many people and still no assistance and i cant even call the zoom fibre department as they only will exchange the faulty router once the call has been escalated to them. I had no previous issues with my previous internet provider. If this problem cant be solved kindly cancell my contract and i will go back to vodacom home internet
