Home-Connect fibre connection unreliable.
My internet speeds fluctuate from 15mbps to 830kbps, randomly, for no reason, at any time of the day. This leads to dropped downloads, calls etc. I have not had a smooth migration onto Home-Connect and, quite frankly, I'm really disappointed that I selected them as my ISP. If you are looking for an ISP, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I don't have a query, I want to cancel my horrible service, but your website is so slow, it times out when I want to do so. Plus, you don't respond to emails. All I ever get is some nice PR spin so everyone thinks you respond, but the problems remain.
