Home Connect fiber want to effect my downgrade after 2 months

Morning

I have downgraded my service on the 1st week of March 2026. And according to home connect fiberservices, downgraded only effected after a month notice. But to my surprise Home connect told me that the downgrade can only be effected in May 2026. This is not really making sense. Can someone intervene in this ****gery
