HOME CONNECT FIBER
This company being the one i chose for fiber due to the better pricing compared to the others, have DAMAGED my property installing the fiber.
When i queried it with them they informed me its my responsibility to replace the bricks they have to remove Or I must pay them to have the bricks replaced, which because they raised the brick in the middle of the path, I now have to raise over 20 square meters of bricks to make it right.
PLEASE HELP

18 Jun 2025, 14:58As friendly as the agent was . She now blames me for not reporting to vimatel. Which I have done and 2 months later after the complaint I am written off to sort it out myself. Vumatel has advised nothing g reported. But I did and was told I must fix the bricks myself. Hence all of this
