Home connect

Hello I have been with home connect for a year now and I was told my contract is over and da offer is no more..but I HV not been given another option to stay with this wifi or even got a call to let me know if I could get another offer..I'm not sure what I can do because my line will be disconnected soon could I get some assistance with regards to this please...my contact number ***...
