Home Connect Client Support Misleading and false Advertising. Their support framework to end user clients over weekends is false. My fibre went down on Friday, i logged a ticket in the support portal. Saturday I tried to call, was directed to an app that i am suppose to install, when installing it does not support iOS!!!! The directed to whatsapp number which no one reponded. Honestly when you build a support framework you better make sure that when you advertise it, it works! Its mothers day and i am not able to surprise my mom with online things i wanted to do. Really disappointing that one the ine day i needed them they weren't there.
