Home-Connect excellent customer service.

My home-connect has since the beginning (going on 3 years at least by know) always been stable and stellar. any downtime was very rare, and never have latency or micro disconnects. So while can't comment for all areas, the vredehoek zone home-connect fibre has so far been beyond reproach.

As for customer service. the service is 24 hours turn-around at the most. What prompted this review was my interaction with Gerald of customer support. Helpful, polite, clear, Gerald was able to solve my voip registry error under 10min. He knew exactly what needed to be done off my initial service ticket.

While just speedy resolution might not be guaranteed, at the very least i can say i enjoyed the polite, helpful and clear customer service interaction enough to put a review down.
