Home connect - double debit

I don’t even want to rate this.

We have been customers for the last 5 years. We have received our January 2021 statement and it stated that we owe R658 which is our normal debit amount.

The debit order that went off was R1252 without our knowledge.

Please rectify. This was not consulted with us and it is *********.
