Why is Home Connect offering Waterfall View Estate 24 month contracts whilst other Estates are on Month to Month. And why are we on different packages price wise when compared to the prices advertised on the website

Just wanted to find out how is that Homeconnect is the only ISP that reflects FIBRE COVERAGE at WATERFALL VIEW ESTATE whilst other ISP's show there's no coverage.
