Amazing Service to start with! A genuinely pleasant experience from application sign up to receiving timely email updates, taking delivery of the router and finally getting online. As a new client, the wow effect and high standard of service levels blew me away! I had the unfortunate incident of the new router being damaged due to load shedding (within a month of signing up with Home-connect) and the displeasure of waking up on a Saturday morning without internet. After logging a support ticket via the app, I received a support call from Princess Nyauza in less than a hour. After we were done with the trouble shooting and concluding that the router was the issue, a replacement was arranged but being a weekend, it would only be dispatched with the courier on Monday morning. However in sensing my frustration in having my children over for the school holidays and being without internet, she arranged for a replacement to be dropped off by one of her colleagues who offered to assist. Needless to say we were up and running again and received follow up calls and emails from Princess to confirm that everything is in order. It is through her dedication, commitment and willingness to got the extra mile to provide exceptional service that I give her a 5 star rating and highly recommend Home-connect as a preferred FTTH ISP.
