HOME CONNECT AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

I have had the WORST experience with home connect i wouldn't recommend it to anyone, i can not express enough how frustrating this has been for me , even after explaining that waiting four weeks for my WIFI to be connected and active has cost me money home connect has still given me the run around.DO NOT USE HOME CONNECT . I CAN NOT EXPRESS THIS ENOUGH DO NOT USE HOME CONNECT. another frustrating thing is they never have answers!!!!! never!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been give installations department number and NOT A SINGLE CALL HAS BEEN ANSWERED !!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOME CONNECT IS COSTING ME MONEY !!!!!!!!!!! HAVING WIFI IS FOR BUSINESS NOT FOR FUN !!!!!!! The calling is money!!!! i need this sorted out as in yesterday. i will not recommend you guys to anyone. your technicians have been in and out of my place and not one of them have followed through i must be the one to call an follow up . but you guys can send statements for something that has never work! i need this resolved .its costing me money i have bills
