Home-connect and Vumatel

Can someone please tell me what the hell is going on?!!!

I have sent proof of payment on 8May21 and to this day Vumatel is still asking me for pop and I am sending it to everyone requesting it yet NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!

Clearly I am dealing with a whole bunch of *********** people and clearly NO ONE is communicating with EACH OTHER and EVERYONE is giving ME the run around. This is the ****tiest customer service I have experienced in my entire life from both companies.

Do you want me to come and do your job for you? Someone had better find a way forward and resolve this issue today once and for all. I am long time past sick and tired of this mess that ALL OF YOU caused and no one is taking responsibility or resolving it.
