Home-Connect Accounts Dpt bad service
I have been with Home-Connect for about 2 years + and generally I've had excellent service. However recently I have tried to resolve or query on 2 accounts problems but they have completely ignored me. I've tried to communicate through - telephone, email, Face Book and Twitter. It appears as though, while I did get response from, Reception, Sales, and Support who said they would escalate the issue, nothing from the Accounts. Strangely enough there was almost an immediate response when I queried cancellation.

01 Sept 2020, 06:55The matter was resolved I day again it was a pity it had to be "aired" on this platform. I've included my comments to Home-Connect!
"After much frustration yesterday to resolve an accounts issue. It was finally rectified at about 16:30. Regrettably it was last day of the month and I didn't want this to go into the next "payment period" hence the pressure and the lack of feedback frustrated me to the breaking point!
However I must mention two ladies that appeared to put effort in Amy (spelling) receptionist and Edna in sale. Thanks for their effort and I apologize for bring "short" with them.
I have been a strong supporter of Home-Connect over the years after a "rocky start" and would hope that this relationship will carry on I trust this incident is behind us. At the end of the day I just wanted someone, a human, to talk to!????"
