I have a Contract with Home-Connect. Last month, I asked them: How much do I owe you, as I was aware that 1 Debit Order did not go off. The Accounts Dept. gave me the amount, which I paid. 2 Days ago, My internet just went out. Phoned the today, they suspended my account. NO WARNING, as the cellphone number they had for me, started with an 038 number. I just want out of this contract, but they will NOT release my line, Nor will they restore my Internet. Fed-Up.

They hold you hostage in a contract, and will not release you, but they won't supply you Internet to do online Cancellations. How is one supposed to pay them Online, if you can't access THEIR Internet? 17 days in arrears, and this is what they do. I get it, pay for the Service, but If I was not informed I was in arrears? I give up! I just want my line to be released
