HOME-CONNCT wi-fi

I singed up two weeks ago and paid R304, their WhatsApp communication channel is forever not working and if it does, the waiting period to chat to an agent is close to an hour.. i am working from home and need wifi ASAP, my work has fallen behind, only 1 support agent called me last week and that was just a lousy check up call for them to see if ive been contacted yet by the installation team, not forgetting to mention that the installation turnaround time i was initially given was 7days, then they suddenly changed to 7-14 working days.. i logged a case on their platform two weeks ago and still no feedback. Pethetic service!!!! I demand a call from them and i want an installer IMMEDIATELY!!!!! ID: ***.. ***
