Hi I'm very disappointed in home connect.. first I done a payment for instalation on the 21st of January 2023 then waited til the 14th February for instalation.. now today 1st of March 2023 they wanted to deduct pro rate wich is very confuse for me cause nobody explain me of a date for deduduction nor pro rate is also include but for what did I then paid for installation and then every month my debit date must go of
