Hi, I received excellent service from Zethu. I have not always been happy with home connect but there are particular people that deserve praise. Zethu and Khule have always been helpful and I appreciate them. I do wish Home Connect as a whole had better service. The WhatsApp service has been changed for the worse. I and a few other people I know who use Home Connect would like if we could speak to people over WhatsApp instead of speaking to a bot. Especially when Home connect have technical issues quite often. Thanks ***
