I was a little disappointed this morning when the agents advised me that the installation could take up to 4 weeks, but after receiving the information of the router being dispatched, i was quite surprised. Out of all the ISP's in our area, Home Connect was the only company that contacted me regarding an application. Even if it is a few days after.
