Help with getting my wifi router working.

I am giving Muziwakhe Gumede 4 stars for the support he has given me today (15.5.23). He was very patient and tried very hard to sort all of the problems I was experiencing not only with the router problem but also with the range extender I have, which is also not working. He managed the router issue but unfortunately the range extender remains an issue, he tried for a long time to help with this.
