Hello Peter I had to pay full amount of my subscription for my Wi-Fi after 20 days without connection and I had to buy data worth 800 from my own pocket I payed for services that were not rendered to me they didn’t care about the inconvenience they brought to me for 20 days their failure to give me service was my problem not their problem. I didn’t feel like a valuable customer but just a number to them.
