Happy with agent thatbresolved my issue.

After days of struggling with my router connection and several failed attempts of reaching any agents on the Homeconnect phone line I finally got through to Khulekani. He was very very helpful and patient too. He took his time to make sure my issue was sorted out and also had the courtesy to call back each time our line disconnected. He was very friendly too and I was really happy with his service and this 5 start is dedicated to him!
