Half connect

Being charged for 200mbs up and 200mbs down but only getting 100mbs up and 100mbs down literally half which only not fair or right not getting any correspondence from them after numerous calls and call back requests even emails really disappointed and discussed with this level of service they used to be on the ball they losing the plot
