Great Service with the right agent

The installation took very long but we can't blame them because this is not Home Connect's fault, we have to wait for Vumatel to install the line before they can do anything. That being said, i guess you just have to find for the right person to assist you and thanks to Boipelo Dlamini who actually speed up the process and from the time she took my case in hand, the installation and activation process was completed in less than 1 week.
