Great service, patient and supportive!

Received AWESOME service today from Sifiso at customer support. We didnt manage to sort out the issue but he was very patient and spent 30min with me trying to resolve the issue, which we eventually ascertained where the problem came from and now know who to contact to resolve it.

I had another problem also with the router which he managed to also resolve for me.

An awesome guy and definitely a support star in the business!
