Great Service and Support

I received awesome service from Thabiso Zulu with regards to an issue i had with the FNO (Fibre line provider) H stood by me with my claims and ensured that i was kept up to date with all the changes and what is happening. My line has now been fixed and where others would of given up he pushed on to get this resolved, i am very pleased and 100% sure he us the best support team leader any one can have.

Thabiso you are what customer service is about sending emails even at 1:00 am in the morning so that i am up to date when i wake up is definitely going the extra mile on customer service.
