Great Service

I had some fibre line problems in the past that was not resolved very sufficiently in terms of communication. This time I had the call centre which was given to me in the previous call. *** Mali took my call at the call centre and handled communication excellently. Tested the link, handed over to ZOOM Fibre. Called me again with feedback. All these during 7pm and 10pm on 27 September 2022. At 11pm the link was back up.
