Great Customer Support !

A big thank you to Raquel and her colleagues in the customer service team for all the hard work put in to get my line activated. A difficult month for them as my old ISP would not release the line but once it was released the line was immediately activated which saved me from being down with no internet for so long. Herself and the team and all very well mannered and knowledgeable in their respective departments and even when its was bad news, they expressed it in a professional manner which was much appreciated.

I am a technical specialist and appreciated that they explained the problems or positive aspects in detail, where other ISP's would never do such an action. Even if its bad news, just knowing the actual reason why is a game changer. Other ISP's could learn a lot about managing clients from this team.
