Great customer service from Shannon
Shannon - Call Ref 808995 I had issues with delayed installation due to payment not reflecting on your side. A payment i made through payfast which was immediate on 01/10. Shannon has been extremely helpful by keeping in touch and following up on my application by letting me know whats happening and keeping my mind at ease. Just a bit irritated that this whole process is taking this long.
