Great customer service and quick fixing of connection issue

Had my first job of the year start on this Monday morning, and woke up to find no internet, but George (thank you George - you deserve a raise!) sorted it out within minutes. George gave me such good service and was wonderfully friendly - turned what could've been a very stressful day into a good one :) Thank you again George!
