Great customer service

I’m totally clueless when it comes to fibre and most tech-related matters. Mirad from Home-Connect helped me complete my home fibre application via a phone call; he was very patient, explained all my options clearly and in lay-man’s terms and gave me proper expectation dates of when my fibre should be up and running and how to operate it. That alone made me feel at ease and even though it’s yet to be installed (I asked for month end) I know I’m in safe hands if I get confused or need further help. Really happy with their customer service.
