Thanks to Lynthis Morrison for an outstanding service. He was able to assist me in getting my fibre set up quickly and without any fuss. The installation of the physical lines by SADV took quite a long time, but once this was finalised, Lynthis was very helpful in getting me connected. The after-sale experience has also been great, especially with the recent global internet outages, Home-Connect have been keeping me updated regularly on the situation - this level of transparency and customer care is hard to find through other local ISPs.
