Great customer communication & general link service.

Been with Home-Connect for months. Love the fact that they keep the customer updated on any outages. Fiber is service is always good. When a ticket is logged the generally call you the next day to confirm everything is working after already checking.

With the WACS break. Nice mail explaining the issue & the fact that they moved to a backup link & I'm still getting good speeds.
