Great attitude and service from Home Connect Operations Co-ordinator

We all know that service in SA is generally average to pathetic. Starting right at service agents with "different planet" attitude and little knowledge of what they are supporting. I'm happy to say that CypherWaveHome Connect have a gem in their midst: Sheruna Gafoor. She is a s****ful communicator who really cares and knows her product and her teams capabilities.
