I am totally disappointed in the *********** behavior from one of Home-connect staff, I app**** for a voip line and did all I was asked to do, I was promised 24 to 72 hrs turn around time, I followed up yesterday and was promised to wait for a call before end of yesterday which never happened, this morning I called and spoke to Mbali who promised to follow up and get back to me latest 11am which still never happened, I called back and spoke to Princess and my problem is still not resolved after she promised to get the assigned lady to call me immediately. It's a pity how Home-connect is allowing their staff to frustrate customers😡😡😡😡
