Selina Mathibela was the most efficient, polite and absolutely excellent ambassador for Home-Connect thanks to her I will be recommending Home-Connect to everyone I can.

I had waited almost 2 months for an issue to be resolved with a prior service provider whom I left and went to Home-Connect expecting the same result and within 7 Days Selina Mathibela had my issue resolved and my fibre up and running, she took the time to listen to my issue and then raised the ticket in the correct department and kept on Vumatel to ensure they completed the task. She maintained excellent communications as to what was going on at all times!!!!

The entire industry should take lessons from this Lady!!!
