Good Service From Consultant Marli
I had chatted to a lady by the name of Marli @ Home connect. She had rectified my problem in a few hours, I was upset about the service recieved from another consultant (Mpho) that I spoke to last week who still hasn't returned any of my calls or updated me on anything a week later even though I called so many times and left messages. Marli was very helpful, she kept me updated through out the day on the progress of my problem. Her customer service skills was excellent. Kudos to her!
