Good MB per second and doesn't jump around

Good MB per second and doesn't jump around. They do need to work on finishing their tickets. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for a call, I've asked them twice to call me and still waiting. Their routers do not connect well with Apple products. Android and Windows are fine but I have tried 3 different Apple phones and they don't connect and when I log for assistance they don't call me to assist me
