Getting the run around for my refund!

I app**** for and paid for WIFI to be installed at my home. After waiting for 2 weeks I found out that no installation is being done in my area because of threats to the installers, and that the WIFI isn't even working for people that are connected using home connect/vuma reach. I cancelled and requested a refund. Its been over a month now and nothing is being done. I want my money back please!
